NEWS Eureka Natural Foods owner also driving with suspended license Humboldt Sentinel staff 8/28/09 Eureka Police have arrested three men for soliciting prostitutes in an Aug. 26 sting operation conducted in response to complaints from community members The men, who were each booked into the Humboldt County jail and had their cars impounded, were: Juan Jose Salazar, 33, of Arcata; Richard William Littlefield, 58, of Eureka, who was also charged with driving while his license is suspended; Eric C. Peterson, 58, of Phillipsville, who was also charged with possession of methamphetamine.     One the men busted by the Eureka Police Department plays a prominent role in the community: Rick Littlefield, as he is more commonly known, is the owner of Eureka Natural Foods and a local philanthropist, serving on the committee for the Trails Trust.
